Ticket #16 (closed enhancement: fixed)

How about make --vnfs and --bootstrap separate commands for "node set"?

Reported by: yqin Owned by: gmk
Priority: minor Milestone: Beta release
Component: common Version: 0.1

Description

Right now we have to use a syntax like below to work:

node set n0000 -s vnfs=foo -s bootstrap=bar

This means these two important parameters are treated as "arbitrary" keys, which is kind of counter-intuitive to me. Would that be possible to make them as important as "--cluster", "--hwaddr"? So we can use a syntax like:

node set n0000 --vnfs=foo --bootstrap=bar

Wow,... were you listening to my conversation with Kai? Your goooood! Check out the documentation now. ;)

The node command isn't aware of provision options (or any other subpackage), but the provision command does. Check out the new docs, and see if that makes sense.

Thanks!
